Is this warehouse inventory / WMS?
- No. EquipTrail tracks individual equipment units (assets), locations, holders and issues. SKU stock and purchasing stay in your accounting system.
Do I need an account to file an issue?
- No. Scan the QR on the device or room. Accounts are for admins, technicians and finance.
What about 1C / BAS?
- There is no VAT ledger or supplier directory inside the app. You get a generic CSV (and XLSX) equipment register and a premises summary. Column mapping is agreed during the pilot.
Which roles exist?
- Owner, admin, facility manager, technician, accountant / assistant, IT specialist, and an end-user portal. Public QR pages stay open.
How does the pilot work?
- Eight weeks: data import, QR print, one internal champion, weekly review. Payment is by invoice, not a card form on this site.
