Privacy policy — EquipTrail

EquipTrail processes data you enter in an organisation account: profile, assets, locations, issues, and photo/map uploads.

A public QR page only collects the issue fields the reporter fills in (description, optional name and contact).

The form on this website sends name, email, organisation and message to our operations inbox so we can reply.

Hosting is Vercel, database and auth are Supabase, transactional email is Resend. Customer data is isolated per company (tenant).

We do not sell personal data. Access or deletion requests: hello@equiptrail.com.

Marketing-site analytics in this release is limited to the hosting platform (Vercel Analytics), without a third-party ad-network cookie banner.
