EquipTrail is provided as SaaS for equipment tracking and issue reports. This is not legal advice and not an ERP/warehouse contract.

Cabinet access is granted after sign-up or an invite into a company. The customer is responsible for its users and for the content of QR-submitted issues.

Pilots and subscriptions are agreed by invoice. Prices on the pricing page are a pilot-period guide and may be refined in a contract.

We do not promise enterprise SLA continuity unless it is written into a Business agreement.

Do not use the service for unlawful surveillance, spam via issue forms, or attempts to cross tenant data boundaries.
